CEME Conference Centre is pleased to announce it will once again host Havering Council’s headline business event; the Havering Business Awards 2016. The awards were created to both inspire local businesses and showcase Havering as a breeding ground for business success; to encourage innovation, entrepreneurship and community spirit in businesses large and small.
Following on from the success of last year’s awards, which were hosted by Britain’s Got Talent impressionist and comedienne, Francine Lewis, the London Borough of Havering is anticipating a bumper year of nominations, growing guest numbers to an unprecedented 350 people.
It’s true to say that CEME Conference Centre has a soft spot for the awards after taking home the ‘Customer Care Award’ at last year’s Havering Business Awards. The Conference Centre Director Eamonn Cole said ‘We are proud to act as host venue again. The Havering Business Awards are a great event to be involved with. It’s not only exciting to see the business talent coming through, but it’s also an inspiring advert for all the innovation taking place in the borough we call home.’
The conference centre is part of CEME – the ‘Centre for Engineering and Manufacturing Excellence’ – a world class education and business park based in the London Thames Gateway. With state of the art facilities and newly refurbished rooms, it couldn’t be more suited as an ideal choice for an award ceremony celebrating all that is good about business in Havering.< Back
