You’ve heard of ‘street food’, now come and try our ‘Alert food’

Not only have CEME Conference centre launched our new ‘Street Food’ menus for Spring – a wonderful alternative to the ubiquitous ‘sandwich lunch’ – but we are shortly introducing our ‘Alert menus.’

‘Alert food’ is an idea brought back to us by our Chief Executive, Bill Williams during a recent engineering and manufacturing trade visit to India. It would appear that the ‘graveyard’ shift really is a world-wide phenomena for delegates in conference and meetings around the world. In the conference venue he was attending, they served ‘Alert food’ early in the afternoon to re-engage delegates, focus their thinking and provide the energy boost needed to complete a successful day’s conferencing.
